Amazing how not having an elite QB sure does expose coaching. Belichik sucks now. Tomlin sucks now. When Reid didn't have McNabb, Smith, or Mahomes, he was canned.
You can scheme and motivate and blah, blah, but if you don't have a HOF'er taking snaps, you are just another head coach.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
