espn taking 30% of our tuition fees, a transfer of ownership of all university buildings and real estate holdings to espn, and a pledge to offer full-ride scholarships to all family members of espn employees. so overall this is not only a boost in tv revenues, but a boost in enrollment as well. a real win-win for our remaining member institutions!"
