someone initiated force.
no one has a right to initiate force against one who has not used force himself
in the second example someone has placed hands on someone else’s property. That is an initiation of force.
in the third example someone is assaulting another. that is an initiation of force.
in both instances one may use force against the aggressor as the respondent is not the initiator
