Would have to be a power granted to the Federal Government, and it is not. Rather the USSC rulled that the Federal government had authority in this area.

Now, we are not talking about immigration in what Biden is doing or what DeSantis did. They are providing transportation for people that have already come to the US and Lready have their dates to appear for their asylum hearing. Biden has no authority to move them, or spend the money to do so
