he has insulated himself like all mob bosses do.

I think he will be charged for Georgia election interference but that will be a challenge to get a conviction because there is wiggle room.

As to the documents - he is dead, dead, dead. There is no defense among the 15 or so that he has attempted to advance. He will be convicted and sentenced.
