because you think there is some arbitrary line where government should "stop" interfering without the realization that government will overstep and extend that line over and over and over.
If the last 3 years have not proven that to be wrong, there is no hope for you to even consider other possibilities.
I also understand that government is likely never going to go away...but have also learned through others discussing on this forum and observations of how bad government has become, and the hope that either party in charge right now will do anything about it is long gone.
Might we get some decisions like Roe v Wade that throw power back to the States...sure...but then you will get decisions like the NY decision that overruled a state law, and you know it is about politics...not government power.
