One can aruge the objective of only electric vehicles is desireable, but one should also think about the process of reaching that objective, the difficulties and costs.

Like so many "liberal" moves and programs, in the minds of the proponents the merit of the objective justifies the cost and difficulty of getting there, that is if they even think about the process of getting there.
