He seems to think the whole LA market is going with UCLA/USC. It isn't, LA is an international city and there are plenty of people there who are fans of the other teams in the PAC. One thing about UCLA and USC, is true about pretty much all teams in LA-the city loves a winner, and if you are not winning the interest gets focused somewhere else.
