Since fully automatic firearms are mostly banned in the USA I will exclude them from this discussion (but I would hope everyone agrees fully auto is an assault weapon).
The Semi automatic weapon that has been the preferred weapon of use in more then 11 mass shootings in the USA over the last 9 years causing such damage that blows the face of 10 year olds fits my description of an assault weapon

Look to Japan for common sense gun policy that would easily fit into the 2nd amendment framework while also protecting school children

Please explain why this message is being reported.
