then it would be an issue for them. It was the same as the phony graduation rates. Missouri would report them honestly within I believe the six year window. So if someone left the program after four years went and played in Europe for two years and then came back and finished their degree in the seventh year Missouri would not count them as a graduate to the NCAA. which was the stupid rule. All the other schools would report someone like that as a graduate and Missouri looked bad as a result and got a lot of criticism which was self inflicted- No one would audit those reports in Missouri was stupid for answering them honestly

Please explain why this message is being reported.
