called Rachel Levin a man. So, both were banned for offensive and hateful speech, based on the discretion of the moderators doing the banning.

Your problem is that you see yourself on the side of those being banned by Twitter, and you're not on the side of those being banned on Tigerboard (despite you being one of the most immature posters here).

Hence, you start to draw weird distinctions like:

"Twitter gets special consideration as a purveyor or provider of news and opinion. The special consideration stipulates that twitter not be a political propaganda instrument for any political party or ideology. Words to that effect."

Which, of course, isn't even a proper summation of the protections that you are attempting to describe.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
