He's been there for darned near 30 years I think, last 20 or so as HC. I think he took over for Nussbaum when he went to Rock. Dude gets a LOT out of his players. They play extremely hard, guard their butts off, and are always physical and tough. This year was his last, btw. Not sure who or if they've hired his replacement.
