Baker was out of a job and needed a landing spot

Drink needed a safeties coach and figured this guy with coordinating experience would be a great get and a possible guy to plug in if Wilks left

he's not forcing out his handpicked guy whose unit showed growth the 2nd half of last year for a dude with Blake Baker's resume
