He PLAYED a sport that paid for his education. That was his choice. That sport provided him the opportunity to play pro ball. He took the risk that he would be good enough to play in the NFL and make millions. He now has an education that he can utilize to go secure a nice paying job when his CFL career is over if it isn't already. His other alternative was to not play football, pay for his education with funds and then go find a real job when graduating.
