but few people are that perceptive... and it's not worth the risk IMO. The head FB coach is the most important asset an AD has, so why pinch pennies?
Give him at least a $500k/year raise to show him we're committed and value his hard work and talent. That's a drop in the bucket considering what our AD's budget is projected to be in the next few years.
