The intensity this team is playing with of late is impressive, the lack of execution in critical times is the difference between winning and losing.

Good coaching puts a winnable game plan in place and puts the players in position to execute the game plan. The game plan in the final 30 seconds didn't put the players in position to win the game. Stating that we didn't want to found their best FT shooters is 1/2 of the game plan, the other half is forcing the ball in someone else's hands. Middle school coaches routinely are able to use this game plan to win games.
