Norms description is what positionless means.

Cuonzo has tried to use the term to describe how he wants to play, but hasn’t changed how he scouts recruits. So it doesn’t really fit with his teams. Other than maybe his first one that included Kash, Geist, Barnett, MPJ, Jontay and Tilmon.
