just to pay the extortionist and get it over with than to fight on principle.
It is easier if shortsighted, to cave in to BLM and china and the congressional black caucus and the teachers unions and the media than to say "No, we are not going to cancel the christmas parade due to complaints by some whiny, woke, virtue signaling karens who want to be more inclusive. By excluding people who don't agree with them."
That response would take time and money. And principle.
And until having a backbone and principles and a willingness to stand up to bullies becomes profitable, corporations will continue to cave to pressure from the left.
