Instead of asking what has she done to cause complaints, I think the other poster is looking at it as what has she done to earn confidence?

To this point all she has done is fired some folks and tried to make the hot dogs warmer while getting students out of the way. She has yet to do anything that would appear to help MU sports start winning more.
