But this season has been a major flop. Not the type of flop a coach should be able to survive if the school cares about winning.

So unless there’s an amazing turnaround he will need to be bought out and being in a new coach. It can’t stop at the new coach, there are a bunch of fixes that need to be made within the AD for the new coach to actually be successful.
