investigation make it easier or harder to put a winning team on the floor? If yes, how much?

Is it right or wrong to hide accusations of NCAA violations from a prospective head coach, (let's say you are the prospective head coach)?

Does losing multiple scholarships negatively impact your ability to put a winning team on the floor? If yes, how much?

Does having recruiting restrictions placed on the program negatively impact your ability to put a winning team on the floor? If yes, how much?

Does having a second investigation by the NCAA, involving academics, further negatively impact your ability to put a winning team on the floor? If yes, how much?

Please explain how KA and CM came in with equal playing fields, the way you insist on framing it.
