of the top 10 in basketball, 30% of the 10-20 ranked teams and 40% of the 20-25 ranked teams. And that's not counting Texas. I doubt if you see much drop off in B12 quality other than the obvious loss of Texas and Oklahoma; two programs that have not been inconsistent in basketball over the last few years.
