I contacted Dave Matter twice about Tilmon shooting free throws with his left hand on top of the ball and he was gutless and would never respond to me. I suggested he find out why this problem persists with no response from Dave. Even the TV color announcer pointed this huge shooting flaw during a game and those idiot coaches did nothing to correct his shooting flaws. Here was an issue many people noticed but nothing was done by any of the coaches. Just think what other player problems were ignored or never addressed.
