My observations. The coaching staff is committing a fraud

Against the University. I was at the game and have good seats. Cuonzo does ZERO in-game coaching. He stands the entire game but says nothing other than occasionally barking out “Move it now! Move it!” We never move it. He is far more absorbed in wiping his head with Kleenexes (for unknown reasons) and applying Vaseline to his lips and face than doing anything productive. Our assistant coaches make huge money but may as well be working at an empty Dillard’s cash register during COVID.. They do NOTHING. Don’t even stand up. Look at their cell phones, playing video poker for all I know. It is a complete joke. KA was a horrible coach but I never sensed he was simply stealing his income. He was simple incompetent. Cuonzo is both.

Our staff is really, really, really bad. I am always somewhat prone to exaggeration, but I honest to God believe I could be a better assistant coach than Cornell Mann. And I never played more than junior high basketball JV. He does NOTHING. Doesn’t even stand up during timeouts.

I honestly believe Cuonzo should be fired tonight. I know, I know, who replaces him a week into the season? We can find someone, even if we don’t win another game all year. We may not anyway.
