Rosenbaum was a rioter and people testified to that.
I have not heard the testimony of ANYONE (and I've watched probably 95% of the trial) say that Gaige Grosskreutz was a rioter nor have I head that term used to describe anything Huber did prior to attempting to "cranium" KR with his skateboard.
They have described other, unnamed persons, as protestors or rioters as the facts dictated.
