I agree with not calling the people who Rittenhouse killed "victims", at least not until they are established as victims in the trial. However, similarly calling the dead and the one survivor as "rioters" without any sort of establishment is similarly prejudicial, yet the judge is allowing that. I won't be surprised when Rittenhouse goes free. I will be sad when this happens again and again, because a kid with a weapon he wasn't legally allowed to have went to a different state with the express intent of shooting people. And after this trial, you can bet people will try and do it again.
