the government grants rights, then currently there is no right to life for the unborn because the government has made it legal to kill the baby. There is absolutely a divinely granted right to life. But it currently is legal to kill that baby. That is the difference between rights granted by God and laws prescribed by man. And laws do not change rights. They can merely infringe on them.
