He had 18 months to get more of his own guys and transfers. I wouldn't hold it against him last year if he didn't win a game.

If they went 3-7 last year you would have blamed it on Odom.

All I'm saying is I am not going to hold the guy up as an outstanding coach and a god-send until I see some on the field results. Is that too hard for you to understand?
