We have people on this board that think he should get a total pass because he has totally rebuilt his roster. Why is a coach in year five having to do that?

Coaches have two simultaneous jobs. They have to get the most possible out of their current roster while at the same time keeping one eye on the future. You can argue that CM was marginally successful at the first but no one can claim that he was anything but an abject failure at the second.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
