I'll add a few things to that...

(1) Odom inherited a far better & deeper roster, including the most important position on the team w/ Drew Lock at QB.
(2) You can cherry-pick my posts all you want from the first couple years, but there are some positive ones mixed in there as well (when it was warranted).
(3) I genuinely wanted Kim & Odom to succeed and I tried to be patient with them, but those hires were based on nepotism rather than merit and/or talent. If I had thought that Odom had any chance of succeeding I would have been his biggest supporter. I never enjoyed criticizing him, it was just an unfortunate situation all around with both Odom and KA.
