anyone who's paying attention... that Drink has extremely high potential and therefore deserves patience as he rebuilds the program and learns some lessons along the way.

And it's not *just* because of the record-breaking recruiting classes...

He has the "it" factor. I realize that sounds cliché, but there's no other way to describe it. It's a rare ability to sell your vision to whoever's listening, no matter what the actual product currently looks like.
