The talent is really underwhelming and not even up to top G5 team levels at DL/LB outside of a few players. The script is still out on Wilks at this point. He has to have players and talent to compete in the SEC. Losing Williams was a blow...not sure if Brick ran him off or what, but him leaving 3/4 of the way through the season was odd as heck. He might of won us a game this year....UK/BC. Couple him with Jeffcoat and then you have a credible pass rush.
But with that said Wilks could do better on the intangibles, maybe he has not yet adjusted to having College players as opposed to pro's who are fighting for a paycheck.
