Not just with the workers but the facility and the efficiency so they would shut down significant portions of the plant when prices were low.

If they are only making 5% profit during these times where ammo prices are higher than ever then they need to do something to get competitive or they will have to shut down.
I feel for the workers but that plant was on borrowed time anyway and only propped up by covid supply issues
