Who cares if every seat is sold or not? If there are only 8k there and the lower bowl is empty the atmosphere sucks. All tickets are electronic today so it would be very easy to track if a seat were used. Base ticket allocation for next season on percentage of tickets used this season.

At the first TV timeout let anyone in the building move into empty seats. Try something, anything to put butts in seats. None of it really matters if the coach cannot put a quality product ion the floor and start winning some games and making the program relevant.

Of course anything you do to fill seats will **** off the blue hairs that write the big checks.
