Forced "NIL" is antithetical to free market ideals:

The government has injected itself into the matter and forced organizations to accept workers they don't want.

In a free market, the organizations would be allowed to choose their employees/volunteers, and those individuals who don't meet their criteria would have to find work elsewhere.

The NCAA and its members have made it clear they want AMATEURS not professionals... but the government is forcing them to take the latter.
