Players will get a first hand education of what the real world looks like. Handling money, reputation, fame, responsibilities...
Some will have failures but man it's nice to fail at 19 and 20 rather than at 30 or 40.
They will learn more from their NIL experience than they will ever learn in the classroom.
It may even serve as a great equalizer on the playing field; the blue-chip programs having the extra distraction that other programs won't have to deal with as much.
It will be good for college football and the players.
