for the third-tier but not the new NIL game.

NIL makes it clear to one and all that unless boosters are willing to pony up directly to the players we're out of the game.

Previously we could all rationalize about much money was flowing under the table, content that we were taking the high road.

Now it's pay for play with a painfully exposed scoreboard.
