Not a idiot or retard but a rather poor coach who clearly had no idea how to be a HC even after being groomed and having every possible opportunity to learn from the ground up under some dang good mentors. Seems Like Drink get's it from the get go and he has had to claw his way up from a average High School player to a HC spot. See the Difference??? Odom was part of the in Crowd a former player and Alumni who basically went up the Football chain....which is fine if you actually take advantage of those given opportunities and make good.
