I am 95% standard 401K and only 5% Roth 401K because I have saved a ton since I started work at 22 yrs old and just had access to the Roth 401K for the last couple years.
There is zero need for me to put more in a standard 401K unless they are going to relax the tax laws which will not happen.
The other advantage of a Roth 401K is what if I want to retire early, say 60, and pull out a big chunk and start another business, buy a vacation property, etc? If it is all in regular 401K I will be getting slammed with taxes. I was on the fence about Roth but it is a no brainer given the socialist direction
