I get that i'm an idiot for not checking my pay stub closer

but my company has been pulling out money for a 401k for like 4 months now. I'm opted out because they don't match well and the fees associated i considered too high. They also don't match funds until the end of our fiscal year.

I must have missed an email saying they were going to automatically enroll people. I didn't fill out anything regarding a 401k.

I might have to write a strongly worded email. After we were sold there was no 401k for like 6 months, when they came out with the plan a lot of people didn't join because they were only going to match 2 or 3% and not fund it until the end of fiscal year, the fees were high if i recall, but don't remember the specific about.
