all we had to go by was the video of Chauvin kneeling on Floyd's neck for 9 minutes.

At the time, even I thought it was a homicide case.

Regardless, I wouldn't have an issue with Drink making this statement today, but in the context of June 2020 it's actually a 100% fair statement.
