structure like bridges. A bridge on 23rd Street (78 Hwy) was replaced just went of I-435 in KCMO.
They replaced the bridge but didn't replace the sidewalk. To this day the sidewalk terminates into a chainlink fence blocking pedestrian traffic from crossing.
