but lets take a tennis shoe with laces.
Mote these instructions are for a right handed person. who the Hell knows how a left handed freak does it)
take a lace in each hand
cross the left lace atop the right and tuck under
tighten the crossed laced snuggly
take the right lace and make an uncrossed lop with it
take the left lace and loop around the right loop
take your right index finger and push the left lace
through the circle made by the right laced loop and loop
of the left lace. I realize that is complicated for you but do it slowly and you will see
pull the left lace loop up with your left hand
you should now have two loops
pull the left loop to your left and the right loop to the right till tightened
viola
