the hours of extended voting IS. Is that right?

Mail in voting is NOT suppression but defining requirements to get a mail in ballot is even when it is just to verify that you are an eligible voter.

Providing drop boxes is not suppression but saying they must be in certain secure locations and available when they can be securely monitored is.
