and neither you nor I have any direct evidence of how hard he was kneeling on his neck, but it's not for nothing that there was no evidence of trauma to his neck.

i could kneel on your kneck for hours and it wouldn't kill you. I could kneel on your neck and kill you but there would be evidence of asphyxiation and trauma.
