If someone were to post child porn on this board I don't think Nick should be held responsible unless it can be show that he knew it was there or that he made no effort to control it.

But child porn is much different than possibly unpopular political speech.

If FB and Twitter are now our public forums then there should be some first amendment protections expected in return for their immunites.
