across many many states, many of which do not require ID, there has been no documented case of massive fraud, but there has been many documented cases of difficulty in getting IDs, some of which is likely real, and some of which is perceived or over-stated.

For a country that has far far too many laws, why do we need to have more laws to solve a "problem" that does not exist.....especially when we have some states that pretty much do their entire elections fully through the mail..both to people and return with no IDs.
