Within 20 seconds of his interaction with the officers, he began begging them not to shoot him. Told them over and over and over that he was claustrophobic. After he was dragged through the vehicle and out the other side he told them over and over and over that he couldn't breath. Said goodbye to his Mother and kids cuz he knew he was gonna die.
He was clearly never a threat after he was cuffed.
Some heartless **** right there...
Approx 22 minutes of video altogether.
