Alden did more than almost any AD in the country could ever do with what he took over. Sterk hired Odom and Sundvold had to tell him who to hire. CM was a terrible hire, can't coach,, doesn't win, can't recruit, players leave, doesn't develop, bench coaches are lower quality(don't get hired for HC positions)
