P5 coaches (Haith and Martin) and no more D2 coaches (Anderson). It'll have to be a Drink type hire - a young up and comer who would jump at the chance to be a P5 coach and have a facility like Mizzou Arena. There are no guarantees it would work, but it's probably the route we would have to go.

The Painter fiasco is really what set our program back for a decade plus.
